Ramón Rodríguez is Founder and President of Blue Arena, Inc., one of the leaders in etiquette and protocol services. He has presented his etiquette and protocol program to thousands of individuals worldwide. Clients representing business, government, education and entertainment have been trained privately and in groups. 

As coach and trainer, Mr. Rodríguez has the practical skills, knowledge and experience to help others conduct and portray a successful business presence. His professional background includes 18 years of corporate experience at luxurious hotels and restaurants, including management, customer service plus etiquette and protocol training. He has hands-on experience from his many business ventures and travels representing his company in the United States and worldwide. 

Ramón Rodríguez is a certified Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant as well as a Tea Etiquette Consultant. He received his training from the prestigious and world-renowned Protocol School of Washington (the leader in etiquette and protocol certification training in the United States). Mr. Rodríguez has a bachelor degree in hospitality management, also he holds 2 Masters degrees in School Counseling. Also, he graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology as Image Consultant. For three consecutive years he was in the National Dean's List. His last certifications are from Harvard Univesity in Design Thinking and U.S. Political Institutions: Congress, Presidency, Courts, and Bureaucracy.

He has received many awards including Baruch College, a leading business education institution, for his support and contribution to the school and its “Wall Street Career Programs.”, and PS 5 in New York City, also  O&M University in the Dominican Republic.
